My first portraits were of horses and dogs because I have been surrounded by them for most of my life.
I'm privileged to have my horse Harvey (although he would tell you that I'm his person), now aged 30 and still fit and well, and my dog Inky (a black GSD, who is very loyal but rather too bossy).
Sadly we lost our old friend Duster, also pictured below, in the summer of 2006, due to a combination of epilepsy and other ailments. He was a great character, and will be very much missed.
I like to paint, draw and photograph animals and people in a way that shows their true character.
During the summer months I also run digital photography workshops, locally and at National Trust properties.
I also offer a web design, publishing and optimisation service to small businesses, which has grown from this website's popularity.
